Forest4Future is a United States 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization (EIN: 41-3975881) dedicated to restoring native forests across Italy, Germany, Canada, and India. We are registered in the United States and operate internationally.

3.1 Nature of Donations

All donations to Forest4Future are voluntary charitable contributions. By making a donation, you understand and agree that:

• Donations are non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, it cannot be returned except in cases of proven unauthorized or erroneous transactions.
• Donations are used at Forest4Future's discretion to advance our mission of native reforestation and ecosystem restoration.
• While we strive to plant trees in the specific region or project you select, we reserve the right to allocate funds where they are most needed.

3.2 Tax Deductibility

As a 501(c)(3) organization, donations to Forest4Future are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by US law. We provide donation receipts for tax purposes. Tax deductibility in other countries depends on local tax laws and bilateral treaties. We recommend consulting your tax advisor for guidance on deductibility in your jurisdiction.

3.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through PayPal. By making a payment, you also agree to PayPal's User Agreement.

Forest4Future offers gift certificates that allow you to sponsor trees on behalf of another person. By purchasing a gift certificate, you agree to the following:

• Gift certificates represent a charitable donation and are non-refundable.
• Gift certificates are digital and delivered via email to the purchaser or recipient as specified.
• Each gift certificate includes a unique code and may only be redeemed once.
• Gift certificates do not expire.
• Gift certificates have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
• The tax receipt for the underlying donation is issued to the purchaser, not the recipient.

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or infrastructure.
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code through our website.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from our website for commercial purposes without written consent.

For users located in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be waived by agreement.
